Let's throw stuff around!

Cars have crashed test dummies...
Board game developers have throw tests!

Here is a fun look behind the scenes of game development.

We are currently reprinting our board game The Grand Museum of ArtPart of the quality insurance process is to (poorly) pack the game components in a shipping box and throw it around. You read that right.

Check out this video:

We want to ensure that the plastic tray protects the breakable items inside the box. We also want to make sure the game pieces remain white even if the game is thrown around.

We previously developed a prototype that had black stains on the sculptures due to the material of the plastic tray. Of course, we fixed this issue before mass production. But we found this because of the throw test!

Who knew throwing stuff around could be so useful?
