Blue David joins another David in a small Greek Parthenon setting I’ve created. I’ve almost liked the blue statue since I first saw it in Provincetown, MA a year ago. I purchased him for my partner, but had always wished I’d gotten it for myself! Now I have it. The quality seems quite good, and I like the fading of the blue from lighter to darker. My only qualm might be the transition to purple at the feet - I think I would have preferred shades of blue only from top to bottom. I am hoping to acquire the green Thinker to add to my collection.
This David statue is a true work of art and so well-made. I'm truly blown away by its quality. It's heavy and so beyond detailed. I've had so many people ask me where it's from! I can't wait to purchase one of the other ones. Thank you so much!
