Today Is Art Day started in 2014 as a social media feed on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Everyday, its founder David Beaulieu shares a fun story about an artwork or an artist to make art history more accessible. More than 125,000 followers are part of Today Is Art Day's community.
In 2017, Today Is Art Day launched the Art History Heroes collection of action figures. After a massive Kickstarter success for the Van Gogh figurine, new artists were added to the line: Frida Kahlo, Leonardo da Vinci, Salvador Dali, Claude Monet and many more.
In 2018, the company launched its first board game called The Grand Museum of Art.
In 2019, more figurines joined the collection in new themes such as Science, Music and Literature. The company also launched new lines of enamel pins, scratch posters and pop-up cards.
Today Is Art Day aims to bring art to its fans in ground-breaking ways!
