Special Note about Mexico and Brazil
Please note that we do not guarantee delivery to Mexico and Brazil. Although we will process your order and provide a tracking link, we cannot guarantee the shipment will reach you due to previous experiences in which many packages were lost and transit times were extremely long (30 to 90 days). Many packages have arrived safely but it has always been a challenge to ship to Mexico and Brazil.
Therefore, we will not send replacement or provide refunds if packages going to Mexico or Brazil do not reach you.
