· Reusable velvet pouches instead of plastic bags in our tube puzzle collection

· FSC-certified paper whenever possible, including for puzzles, journals, coloring books, and product packaging

By making these choices at the design stage, we reduce the amount of plastic entering the supply chain.

We continually review our products and packaging to eliminate unnecessary plastic.

Recent changes include:

· Replacing plastic shrink wrap on puzzle boxes with simple security stickers

· Removing plastic polybags from enamel pins

· Replacing plastic bags used for bulk retailer orders with paper alternatives

Small changes across thousands of products can make a significant difference.

Around 95% of products shipped from our manufacturing partners in China travel by sea rather than by air.

Sea freight has a substantially lower environmental impact than air transport and is our preferred shipping method
whenever timelines allow.

We work with local organizations to ensure overstock, damaged packaging, or unsellable products can still benefit communities.

These organizations distribute products to families, children, schools, and community programs, helping reduce waste while supporting local initiatives.

We offset the carbon emissions generated by employee air travel through certified carbon credit programs.

As of 2026, we are also working on measuring our overall carbon footprint and evaluating long-term carbon reduction and reforestation initiatives.

Environmental responsibility also extends to our offices.

Today, 75% of our employees commute using active transportation or public transit rather than a personal vehicle.

Our environmental policy is reviewed annually and shared with employees and key partners, including factories and warehouses.
